Classifying values by interval
Greetings All!
As is often the case on this list, the answer may well
be under my nose but I can't see it!
I am looking for a "smart" way to do the following.
Say I have a vector of values, X. I set up bins" for X,
say with breaks at B = c(b1,b2,...,b11) covering the
range of X, i.e. bins numbered 1:10. The value x is in
bin i if B[i] < x <= B[i+1]

Looping column names
Hello,
I have a data file that I want to run loess on for 36 columns, divide the
original data by the new data, then dividing columns that end in A and B by
those that end in C. However, I have something wrong in my first step and
am completely stuck on the third. Could someone help me please?
Here's a snippet of the data file:

Domain connection fails
I am using 3.0.21rc2 on fc4. After I upgraded from 3.0.14a, I found that I
cannot connect to my DOMAIN. I am using DOMAIN security. In
log.wb-DOMAINNAME I find the following lines which may be related to the
problem:
