Any tips to avoid Nouveau crashes & freezes?
...live streaming
our annual LibrePlanet conference, which is happening next weekend.
More info:
Our kernels don't load any nonfree firmware blobs. Currently they run
Trisquel 11.
We've tried various Nvidia cards, about 3 different generations.
For video conferencing, we use webrtc through BigBlueButton (versions
with older free MongoDB) on chromium (it's webrtc video has been more
performant than mozilla based browsers).
I've attached a kernel log of an example of a freeze. At the end of the
log we could ssh in, but the display was frozen.
Any tips to help solve this are welcome. Eg: wh...

$250 Asterisk app install bounty
...setup easier. With a few exceptions, setup
docs are too rare, and they depend on knowing too much about Asterisk. That
complexity deters businesses from integrating phone calls into their
products.
So we just put up $250 bounties for writing simple setup docs for some
Asterisk apps: Web-MeetMe, BigBlueButton, MonAst, AsterCRM, Queue-Tip, Flash
Operator Panel, and Asterisk PHP Event Monitor.
Basically, install one of these apps interoperating with Asterisk on
Cloudvox, document what you did so others can do it too, get $250. Here's
details:

No idea. Maybe the question could be: why have two Asterisk servers?
Perhaps for for redundancy/failover?
> -Is the Apache Message Queue server necessary?
No idea. I know BigBlueButton uses Apache MQ & Asterisk but I don't know th=
e specifics.

Webinar server, installable on CentOS6
Hi all,
I'm looking for an opensource solution for hosting webinars on a remote
dedicated server running CentOS6.
I would like to use FOSS, and it would be perfect if it's packaged, or
at least easealy packageable.
Please let me know if you have some suggestion.

XDC 2020 feedback and comments
Hi all,
Huge thanks again to the entire team from Intel, for their great work
organizing XDC 2020, our first virtual conference!
As usual we're looking for feedback on both XDC itself, and the CFP
process and program selection. Both about what was great and should be
kept for next year's edition, and where there's room for improvement.
The board does keep some notes, for those
