Reg : Error in puppet agent in Windows
Hi,
I installed Open source puppet 3.0 .1in Windows machine and puppet master
3.0.1 in red hat linux machine. I did all the necessary configurations.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\PuppetLabs\puppet\etc\puppet.conf- > server = test.posmaster.internal
Added entry in hosts file.
While execute ping command ping (ping test.posmaster.internal) giving
response.
But while

Reg : File Change Checking
Hi,
I am using below script to move files from puppet master to puppet agent.
file { "/usr/local/temp":
ensure => "file",
source => "puppet:///files/temp",
mode => 777,
}
If I use this script, file always transferring from master to agent.
But my requirement like, if is there any changes in file then only have

Screen Resolution not getting set properly
...not set properly. I tried adding vga=791 to my lilo.conf and also passed it to kernel (both xen and dom0). Still I see no change. Is there any thing I am missing? My intention is to run guest OS without using X11. I want to use the tinyX server (Xfbdev) which in turn uses the framebuffer.
