Random (connections.c.1330) error-handler not found: /dispatch.fcgi
....c.1330) error-handler not found: /dispatch.fcgi The application works fine for the most part and the above errors appears in some undetected cases. I was able to see it once on a perfectly normal page; it appears however to happen to some other users. It appears that every once in a while it goes bezerk and then it recovers. For instance from 2006-02-02 05:01:56: to 2006-02-02 05:02:00: there were about 100 such errors in a row. Then I guess it resumed its normal operations and there are 3 more ''orphan'' errors (the last 3 you see) Has anyone seen this before? My project is on a...

HVM questions: Max disk size?, Version?, APIC ..etc?
...ys it''s superblock after a few minutes of writing to it) ... I didn''t have time to experiment with different sizes other than 5,20,100, and 110 GB so I''m not sure where the cut off is. But all I know that the 5 and 20 GB drives work fine while 100 and 110 GB drives go bezerk. On a more general note. What is the most stable (among the unstable) xen to be running for HVM? I''ve had a lot of weird glitches with xen0-3.0.1-4 from FC5 ... but so far no show-stoppers. I have no idea which changeset this image comes from but I assumed that it''s probab...

Printer Problems.
...r :) But now to my slight problem. I set up a FreeBSD 3.1-stable box to run samba on. I connected a HP 890C Printer to it and shared it through samba. When I print from windows 95 computers it prints the first and second page fine, but when it gets to the third page it just stops and things go bezerk. It will start printing wierd characters afterwards. Thanks for any help in advance. If there is anything else I didn't think to include just ask. Dan Diephouse My printcap entry is: HP:\ :rw:sh:\ :lp=/dev/lpt0:\ :sd=/var/spool/lpd/raw:lf=/var/log/lpd-errs my smb.c...

Install CentOS from a floppy disk
Hi, I'm trying to install CentOS 4.5 in a PIII. Problem is the computer doesn't boot by the CD-ROM drive and when I try to access the BIOS to change the settings, the machine goes bezerk :( Is it possible to start the install through a floppy and then continue the rest of the install process with the CDs ? If so, how ? Any help would be appreciated. Warm regards, -- :wq! M?rio Gamito

...e posted this some times befora with no aswer till now. I've managed to avoid it, but now I just can't avoid it anymore. I'm using samba 3.0.14a on FC2 with openldap (openldap-2.2.13-2) backend. When a user belongs to more than 65 (not 100% sure about this value) groups, everything goes bezerk. OpenSSH 2.1.1p2: /etc/nologin handling and related stuff
...blind ;) * Running on an Sparc LX (ie. a very slow machine) on Solaris8 we sometimes get the following error message upon startup: # /usr/local/sbin/sshd fatal: Couldn't initialise builtin random number generator -- exiting. What failed? The entropy-stuff, or some random thing that went bezerk? Any hints on how to debug this is appreciated, since we don't want to run a daemon that sometimes just fails to start... * Also on Solaris8 we get the following message in the sshd log file when a user logs out: sshd[4692]: [ID 800047 auth.info] Cannot delete credentials: Permission denie...

puppetmasterd continuously consuming high CPU, with many interrupts
So, I have a server at home that has four VMs running inside it. All are managed via puppet. The physical host runs puppetmasterd. I don''t recall noticing this before, but puppetmasterd has decided to be kind of crazy. Here''s the physical host with no puppetmasterd running: top - 11:36:15 up 271 days, 15:16, 1 user, load average: 5.68, 5.50, 6.45 Tasks: 129 total, 1
