firefox-60.5.0-2.el7.centos.x86_64 and Netflix
Hi all, Since the last upgrade to firefox-60.5.0-2.el7.centos.x86_64 on my CentOS 7, it is no longer possible to watch Netflix with my Firefox, it always says that "Firefox is installing components needed to play the audio or video on this page. Please try again later." But nothing happens and Netflix is no longer readable with Firefox... I tried downgrading to

Most of us started from the handful of examples you can see via demo("tcltk") There are also some good examples in the mailing list archives though some of the R to Tcl/Tk interfaces changed slightly in recent releases. -- According to the

Any CentOS 6 Issues on Lenovo Y700?
Oh, I wouldn't flame you. Hmm, I didn't think of using a virtual machine. The Lenovo has a NVidia 960MX, so I wonder if it would fully work under a virtual machine. The reason why I ask is that I do systems adminstration with meteorological software that requires OpenGL 2.0 and at least 2GB of video ram. Thank you for your reply, Mike. Re : I need some help please!
To whom it may concern, I want to plot two or more graphics in the same window by the means of the "plot" command. To do that, I have tried the "add=TRUE" option, but this last one does not work! Do you have an hint for me please? Thank you very much for your attention. Bernard Colin Departement of Mathematics Faculty of Sciences Sherbrooke University Sherbrooke (Quebec)

sequence of vectors
Dear All, I wonder if there is any R function to generate a sequence of vectors from existing ones. For example: x 1<- c(1,2,3) x2 <- c(4,5) x3 <- c(6,7,8) The desired output is a list of all 3*2*3 = 18 possible combinations of elements of x1,x2 and x3. One element for example is (1,4,6). Many thanks in advance, Bernard

YAML inconsistencies...
I figured I''d post here before submitting a ticket, but I''m seeing some confusing stuff when dealing with YAML now. I was using it to freeze objects in my database, and so i had some data already around to mess with. I upgraded both Ruby (1.8.3 -> 1.8.4) and Rails ( -> 1.1RC1) and this junk started. I''ve outlined the problem in two pastes, which I''ll

Any CentOS 6 Issues on Lenovo Y700?
Hello Brain, for such new software you go with Centos 7. The older version is more rocket stable, but in case you use such new laptop the newer one is the better / best choice. You need to upgrade the kernel, there is no way out. Centos deliver ?only? 2.6 or 3.10. http://elrepo.org/tiki/kernel-lt or http://elrepo.org/tiki/kernel-ml can fix this. - Totem and multimedia isn?t work fully.

PowerPoint
Dear All, I am looking for the best way to use graphs from R (like xyplot, curve ...) for a presentation with powerpoint. I used to save my plot as pdf and after to copy them as image in powerpoint but the quality is not optimal by so doing. Another completely independent question is the following: when I use "main" in the xyplot, the main title is very close to my plot,
