[LLVMdev] does llvm-gcc (4.2) build?
...-c /Users/ggreif/llvm-gcc/gcc/config/darwin-crt3.c -o crt3.o
gmake[1]: DIN_GCC: Kommando nicht gefunden
That "# APPLE LOCAL use -mlongcall for large text support" seems to break things.
Both make 3.80 and 3.81 break the same way.
Can anybody help? This has never happened to me berfore, I was always able
to build llvm-gcc :-(
Thanks in advance.

Unsolved : mbox-sync-rewrite.c : assertion failed
...copy everything over to the
old account and it worked.
This is what I did and afterwards the mailbox was readable.
Now the user goes back to his PC (I made my work from another machine)
and opens his mailclient (with the still existing account) and BINGO
dovecot crashes again on the mailbox as berfore. Once ist has crashed on
it, it than crashes always, even if you make a new account or remove the
index. So I suppose it has rather to do with cached information in the
client than with the upgrade itself. But nothing the client sends should
be able to crash the server !
Hoping for an idea,...

Samba Share Help Needed
Hi,
I have the following directory shared for the user "pcbadmin". He/she
can mount and read/write without any difficulty:
[pcbdata]
comment = PCB Design Files
path = /home/pcbadmin/pcbdata
valid users = pcbadmin
public = no
writable = yes
Question: How can I make the same directory only readable by the rest of
the users ?
TIA, Ben

cvs stable and 1.0.5
I see that 1.0.5 is out. I thought that if I am tracking cvs v1.0.x I would
always get the newest releases. However, I just did a fresh update and
install from cvs stable and it reports as only being v1.0.3.
Should I just be using the tarballs rather than the cvs -r 1_0? Or maybe my
initial cvs was incorrect?
Thanks!

and my little suggestion, if user can add something at smb.conf like
protected dir = /home/share,/home/users1
trashcan = /smbtrash
than it would be easy to use...
there is another person at the samba-list used to do the "unlink"
replacement berfore. maybe u can contact him...
i will try my best to test ur working result.
thanks for ur reply !!!

just don''t ''get'' "has one" and "belongs to one"
Well, I understand what they do and how, I just don''t get why!
It seems to me that any time you would have this relationship between
two tables...they should be one table! Agile Rails book gives what
seems to me to be a lame example for this. They use the example of an
"invoice" and an "order". An invoice belongs to an order and an order
has one invoice. Seems

Asterisk not conforming to the RFC?/Aastra phone delay issue
Fellow list members,
I have run into an issue where I encounter a delay at the beginning of a
phone conversation when I make outgoing calls through Asterisk with an
Aastra 9133i hardphone. This is most noticable when I call a voicemail
system with the Aasta and then with a land line or other VoIP phone.
The first word or two of the voicemail message is generally cut off.

adding celt support to netjack some questions.
...celt support to netjack.
very nice to see a free low-latency codec :)
i currently dont require robustness against packet loss,
because the sync code of netjack does not handle packet loss very
gracefully. how much bandwidth is wasted for this feature ?
is it sensible, to have the data downsampled berfore encoding , in
order to reduce bandwidth ? i suspect that just using celt to do this
is more sensible, and leaves me with higher quality of the signal.
the signal data is obtained from individual jack ports.
i would need one additional step to make the frames interleaved.
how much bandwidth would...
