How to plot results of clmm()?
Dear list,
I'd like to create a visual plot of a clmm() I've fitted using the
'ordinal' package in R. It's possible to do this with a glm() by using
the 'effects' package. For example:

data(BEPS)
mod <- lm(political.knowledge ~ age + gender + vote, data=BEPS)
eff <- effect("age", mod, default.levels=100)
plot(eff, colors=c("black", "red"))

subsetting the data after it is read into R. Unfortunately, given the size
of the data set, I can't get the file read and then subsquently do the
subset

Can anybody help me out? Enclosed is the output of the build and

version (20030408) with identical results.
TIA

[PATCH 00/20] Switch to ELF modules
From: Matt Fleming <matt.fleming at linux.intel.com>
This series fixes some bugs and switches the elflink branch to be
entirely ELF modules. It applies on top of,
http://syslinux.zytor.com/archives/2011-April/016369.html
The deletions in the diff stat below are mainly from deleting
com32/elflink/modules (finally!). Now there should be no duplicate
code because we don't need COM32 and
