Receiving Multiple calls on asterisk at home
All - I've been muddling around with this for a few days now.. and I'm
trying to figure out why I am not receiving more than one phone call on
each polycom 501 phone. I can make more than one phone call out, but not
receive another one in, while on a call. Has anybody seen this behaivior
before, or is there something simple in the config i'm missing, like..
maxcalls.. or something.
Thanks!

Memory leak in ices2?
I can't tell if it's my system or the software, but I've been running
ices-kh35 all day and now my RAM is almost gone. I have 1GB. The same
behaivior happened with the ices2 CVS snapshot from three days ago.
Here's the output from free -m

DM: samba 4.5 -> 4.8, guest access and machine account access troubles.
...mple, you setup and have the following result.
\\server ( access denied )
\\server\guestshare ( access granted )
Again i hope this helps you, but please try to forget the "guest" account mapping.
If you setup as i've told you, you would be finish already..
And if you want the behaivior back as you had in 4.5, that is possible, but only by reverting back.
Windows and Samba have has so many security fixed which resulted in your problem now with 4.8.
A setup with isnt compatible to current standards.

Louis; re:your repo and Ubuntu 18.04
...nd as long im able to, i'll maintain the unreleased samba versions for Debian.
Which imo has a big advantage because samba is fast moving product, and even that the debian maintainer work had to keep up.
Due to policys its not always possible to put a newer samba line in debian ( mainly due to behaivior changes ).
As lots of people noticed with the 4.4 to 4.5 to 4.6 to 4.7 to 4.8 upgrades..
But thats also because, ( as i myself sometimes do ), just upgrade and see what happens and than fix the last problems.
In case of the samba upgrade these did all fail due to smb.conf changes.

Ok I can't get my CDR values to set from the h extension in either 1.6.2 or

Yeah, I've seen that. Not a lot of faith in it though. It sounds a lot like "trust me, someone's going to do it." [I know, cheap, quick, well done - and I want all three. Sigh.] If they'd been doing it the last five years and
