[LLVMdev] MachO writer test cases
...the assembly output generates and "emulating" its output. So I should be able to use the 'test/CodeGen/PowerPC' tests once I have augmented the MachO Writer PowerPC output. Does this seem like the right and sensible approach ? So I imagine I'll have to somehow inform LLVM of the semi-constant values of the specialization parameters, without losing the original (optimized) IR. LLVM is currently used commercially by hue.no (Morten Ofstad from that company is on the list), and Apple uses LLVM and employs several people who work on it, including Chris Lattner, Nate Begeman, Jim Laskey, and Evan Cheng. Reid Spencer may be using LLVM commercially, but I am not sure. There are several people who have emailed llvm-dev while they were evaluating LLVM for what appeared to be commercial use, but I am not aware of anyone else who publically announced commercial usage. Hello! I have been looking at the LLVM project for quite a bit but I was wondering if there are any implication of using the project in a commercial enviroment in terms of licensing restrictions and other related issues, are there other people that use LLVM in a commecial enviroment? [LLVMdev] Deep JIT specialization
Hi all, I'm attempting to use LLVM for run-time code specialization, but I'm facing a performance hurdle. I'm currently performing the specialization during the AST to LLVM IR translation, but unfortunately this leads to relatively slow recompiles as LLVM has to perform all the heavy (optimization) passes over and over again. [LLVMdev] VFCmp failing when unordered or UnsafeFPMath on x86
Hi all, When trying to generate a VFCmp instruction when UnsafeFPMath is set to true I get an assert "Unexpected CondCode" on my x86 system. This also happens with UnsafeFPMath set to false and using an unordered compare. Could someone look into this?
