Commit module to Git after each Pass
> FWIW: We could also just have a mode that dumps 1 file per pass. That is enough to make it convenient/easy to run diff between passes. (And if you wanted to you could still > make a git repository out of it with an external script). > > - Matthias I have done this before and would strongly encourage this approach as opposed to direct emission to std[out|err] or directly involving a source control system. The most convenient way was to add an additional option, -print-to-files, which modified the behavior of -print-after-all, -print-before-all, etc. The filenam...

Hello Sascha, sieve scripts are quite easy, see Steffen's example. I think what you want your script to do is: With any detail part, lowercase it, file message into detail folder, create as necessary. Something...

FQDN
Hi, I've a question about a FQDN VS Shorewall configuration: I'd like to install a firewall that should forward the web requests to different web servers (iis, apache, and so on...); all web sites are registered with the same ip to internic (eg. www.example1.com-->151.99.234.3-->apache-server, www.example2.com-- >151.99.234.3-->iis-server, etc...) so I'm wondering if I

before-after control-impact analysis with R
Hello everybody, In am trying to analyse a BACI experiment and I really want to do it with R (which I find really exciting). So, before moving on I though it would be a good idea to repeat some known experiments which are quite similar to my own. I tried to reproduce 2 published examples but without much success. The first one in particular is a published dataset analysed with SAS by McDonald et al. (2000). They also provide...

R 2.1.0 RH Linux Built from Source Segmentation Fault
...you cannot build info or html versions of the R manuals The machines are AMD Athlon MP 2400+ with 2 GB RAM, dual CPUs, and lots of free disk space. I've got a user running Monte Carlo codes that fail with segmentation faults on a frequent basis. The jobs run for a long time (up to a day) before failure. If a failed job is rerun, chances are high that it will run to completion. I'm at a loss about approaching this problem. R (as it is here) doesn't seem to give much of a hint as to where things are when it crashes. I'm looking for some guidance to diagnose this problem...

[LLVMdev] Cygwin llvm-gcc-4.2 regression
Hi, I don't seem to be able to solve this regression with llvm-gcc-4.2 on Cygwin. It is weird as I thought I had checked SVN TOT and had a good build just before the branch was corrected, so am confused. If someone more experienced with debugging could have a look at this, its like a syntax error. I have tried whittling the error down but it just moves. Trying to bisect between r98185 and r99293 (2.7 pre-release1), but am mainly finding non building re...

Refactor ovirt-node-image code base for inclusion in Fedora
Main reason for refactor is no ovirt-node-image binary image allowed in fedora. Removed ks files, now in ovirt-node-recipe, which is subpackage of ovirt-node. Removed tools, these are now in ovirt-node-recipe which is subpackage of ovirt-node.

Refactor ovirt-node code base for inclusion in Fedora
Main reason for refactor is no ovirt-node-image binary image allowed in fedora. Moves tools and kickstart files form ovirt-node-image to subpackage ovirt-node-recipe. Removes old sub packages form ovirt-node, stateless, logos, selinux. Modifies init scripts to meet Fedora packaging guidelines: added status, reload, and lockfile, rhbz: 514221 Added License file.

Configuring R-2.5.0 for X11 on Red Hat WS 4 x86-64
I have been unable to configure R-2.5.0 for the X11 interface on Red Hat WS 4 x86-64 (AMD Opteron). The configure script looks for XtToolkitInitialize in libXt, and does not find it because it's not in libXt (which is present, however). I tried installing openmotif and openmotif-devel, and that is no help. How do I configure the X11 interface under this situations? Thanks, Bruce
