GE centricity viewer??
...cenity.) I thought that browser, or a cleaner clone of it, of level at least 7, was an integral part of Wine. Worst of all, I could swear I've brought home similar media before, and viewed them, or the parts I wanted, with earlier releases of wine under earlier releases of Fedora ... -- Beartooth Staffwright, Neo-Redneck Not Quite Clueless Power User I have precious (very precious!) little idea where up is.

SELinux in CentOS 6
It keeps butting in when I try to install map software from Garmin under Wine. I'm not nearly competent not willing to apply the remedy it suggests. How do I get to someplace where I can disable it, or at least set it to permissive?

...hard drive of the selfsame machine detect both perfectly well -- as do DeLorme, topo.com, and maptech software -- so the hardware isn't the problem, either. The cables use the serial port. Adding browsers
...I use browsers as I used to use books, back in the Carboniferous when I had a desk in the stacks. How do you make wine do real uninstalls?
...re*-install, even though I have called it in the first place from wine's uninstall function. I realize the fault is most likely in Windows (XPPro/SP2 here), or in the software itself.
