I am the maintainer of one of the CRAN mirrors in the U.S., cran.us.r-project.org. It appears that this site has been inaccessible since Friday. This has me puzzled because I can connect to the same machine through ssh and I can see that the http daemon (apache) is running. The new command line player (I expect) will be built around vorbisfile.a. Our ISP has finally fixed the routing error that had xiph.org partitioned from BBNplanet the second half of the week. Hi, I'm looking for a solution to access pop mails (sendmail in linux) securely. Most of the access would be from window clients (outlook express etc). Is there a way to encrypt the password (like ssh2) when authenticating with sendmail? Any info is greatly appereceiated. Thx. Regards, Wong.
