streaming speex frames
Hi,
I want to stream a file encoded in speex frame by frame (like a
phone). I don't want to decode it, nor encode it. I have a speex file on
disk and need to stream it one frame at a time. Speex frame size are
dynamic (silence is compressed, VBR, etc.) so I need the speex
specification to know how to read different frame "types".
I've looked at the speex manual, but it's

(sem assunto)
Dear R-colleagues,
Is it possible to mix TEXT and VALUE of objects in y (or x) label of a plot?
For instance:
f<-2
plot(..., ylab='Axis f', ...)
where "f" means the VALUE of "f".
Thany you in advance,
Eric.

LMTools
Hi guys.
I need some help to try to make a license server work on Wine.
I am trying to port some engineering applications to linux via Wine.
If I can make it works, I can prove to my boss that we can get out of windows (finally).
I am trying to use softwares like i-Deas, Unigraphics and HyperWorks under Wine in my Ubuntu distro.
My problem starts in license, that uses the LMTools to get up.

rebind interface configuration in samba
Hi,
I have a virtual IP which migrate from one server to another depending the
server status. I have a problem with this behaviour and samba.
When the IP migrates to another server, in the first server samba is
stopped.
When the IP is going to come back to the first server, samba is started and
after that the IP come back.
The problem is: Samba (smbd) doesn't bind the IP because it is

Samba4 implementation
Hi,
I would like to ask you for your samba4 implementations. As we are thinking
to install samba4 we would like to know if somebody has a similar structure
and load, and know about the performance.
We have about 22 centers with 2 samba4 servers for domain, ldap and dns.
Each center must serve about 5k domain clients with 5k workstations and
servers in the center. The number of domain clients
