After I configuring this, I logged in to the server and check the emails. But they are in plain text. I can even read them from backend. You can already probably spot the problem, but you are overwriting mail_plugins to quota. You should use mail_plugins = $mail_plugins quota instead. I created a mail user without including LDAP and that user works fine. I think the problem will be solved if I grant user the permission. But I don't know how to grant.
