[Bug 10679] New: readlink_stat error results in deletion of mountpoints
...e "sc-gis03/root/var/run/*" \
--exclude "sc-gis03/root/system/contract/process/*" \
boi-blade02:/zones/sc-gis03 /zones
where `sc-gis03' is a running Solaris zone to be copied.
The problem I run into is this. sc-gis03 has two NFS mounts. The mountpoints
are /docrep01 and
/backup01. From rsync perspective, they appear as:
/zones/sc-gis03/root/docrep01
/zones/sc-gis03/root/backup01
Since the two entries above are mountpoints, rsync does not have access to
them, and returns the
following errors:
rsync: readlink_stat("/zones/sc-gis03/root/docrep01") failed: Not owne...

When I run this:
# rsync -av --delete /apps50/backup/./home/ape/ /backup01/ape.5.20040702010001/
I got this. Please note the error at the end. The target directory
contains the old backup 1 week ago, it is refreshed with the current

stale dm-multipath mappings
Greetings,
I've hit this exact 'bug':
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=491311
I need to remove the mappings manually. I assume this is done via 'multipath
-F' followed by a 'multipath -v2' ? Has anyone experienced doing this on a
production system? We can do it during hours of low activity, but we would
prefer to keep the databases on this host online at

system, and i will use bacula with a dell ultrium3 LTO.
I would like to know if there are problems with i/o? How can I
