broadcast packets from domU duplicated?
I''m running a nevada b99 guest on a nevada b99 host. The guest is
configured as a dhcp client.
When I snoop in dom0 while the guest boots, I see two back-to-back
DHCPREQUEST packets issued by the guest. The first of the two packets
has an empty UDP checksum; otherwise they seem identical.
Is this a bug?

Fujitsu Siemens PRIMERGY RX300
Hi all
Opensolaris works perfectly, but I am not able to boot the xvm kernel on this hardware.
I added the -k option in grub, but the system hangs before the hostname line without any debug info.
I''ve tried snv from b94 to b99, with the same results.
If I install Debian with xen kernel I am able to use pvm and hvm guests.
What can I do ?
thanks
Giacomo

how to debug shared-memory using dtrace/mdb
...timestamp keeps changing..
I tried to monitor the "last pid" that accessed the shared-mem using the following script.. where all the spowned procs id''s are logged into the logfile.
0xb40070ff is the key of the shared-mem.
while true; do
grep `ipcs -mA | grep 0xb40070ff | cut -b99-103` logfile;
done
None of them seem to be suspects...
Trussing all of the procs does''t look like an option as there are dynamically forked procs...
Wish to know how can I find the process or the entity which is modifying the timestamp memory using tools like mdb/dtrace... something lik...
