For future generations of google searchers - I solved my problem by backing up and deleting my source fat32 filesystem. Once the filesystem was rebuilt as NTFS, the rsync 2.6.9 error in the subject line went away. We have a zpool made of 4 512g iscsi luns located on a network appliance. We are seeing poor read performance from the zfs pool. The release of solaris we are using is: Solaris 10 10/09 s10s_u8wos_08a SPARC The server itself is a T2000 I was wondering how we can tell if the zfs_vdev_max_pending setting is impeding read performance of the zfs pool? Hi guys, after reading the mailings yesterday i noticed someone was after upgrading to zfs v21 (deduplication) i''m after the same, i installed osol-dev-127 earlier which comes with v19 and then followed the instructions on http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev/en/index.shtml to bring my system up to date, however, the system is reporting no updates are available and stays at zfs v19, any ideas?
