Remove missing observations
...onnaires. Thus, some subjects have the outcome only
for year1 and others only for year2.
If I try wilcox.test(Outcome~Year, paired=T), I receive an error "not the
same length".
Is there a fast method to remove those subjects with missing outcomes?
Thanks for any help.

Own classes in "histogram"
...ot;25-110"-class is presented
as one huge bin ranging from 25 to 110.
Is there a way to plot this bin in equal size as the others?
And how is it possible to change the annotation of the x-axis, let's
say the last tick named ">25"?
Thanks for any help!

I hope someone can help.
PS1 the default_mail_env reads:

PS2 This is on a Debian Sarge (3.1) system.

Specifying special poisson maximum likelihood

Then, I would use a nonlinear combination of the estimates to calculate the RR: RR = (b2/b1)
Can anybody help me specifying my own likelihood function to be used
with optim?
That would help me alot. Thank you.

Calculating odds ratios from logistic GAM model
....
How is it possible to calculate the odds ratio for age (in this example)
based on the spline? For example the odds ratio based on the spline
between the age of, say, 20-30?
Or even better: How can I plot the odds ratios against age in a continuous
form?
Many thanks for your help.

I have been looking through the internet and through the wiki, trying to

some extra functionality to Xen, and my supervisor has mentioned that these

Problem with mathematical expression and loop
Hi to all
I use a loop to plot 9 different histograms of 9 different
transformations of one dataset (x).
I want to label the histograms with the mathematical expression of each
transformation (e.g. x^3). For that I've prepared a vector with the
labeling names for "expression".
