Resuming the discussion of establishing an LLVM code of conduct
...iting place for > everyone. A self-description is as conclusive as any code of conduct. It's not the text that counts, whether it's enforceable or not; what counts is what's actually happening, and no text will change much of that. BTW the community shouldn't describe itself. Aww dammit. I'm writing far too much on that topic. Again. Ah well.

wxMiniFrame
This implements a MiniFrame example. Not very exciting, but there you go. We need to figure out why center_on_parent isn''t working. Maybe I''ll tackle that next. gap.barplot doesn't support data arrays?
I am trying to make a barplot with a broken axis using gap.barplot (in the indispensable plotrix package). This works well when the data is a vector: > twogrp<-c(rnorm(10)+4,rnorm(10)+20) > gap.barplot(twogrp,gap=c(8,16),xlab="Index",ytics=c(3,6,17,20),ylab="Group values",main="Barplot with gap") But when the data is an array (for a bar plot with multiple

Linux Foundation removed all Theora videos from linux.com?
I've heard this second hand and haven't had the time to confirm its vericity. Can someone confirm this is the case? If so, what were these people thinking? Removing support for the only video format that is sure to be installed in every Linux box somehow promoves the OS adoption? You get a WTF award LF, congrats. -Ivo

Let's stop using target specific intrinsics in generic code
There are a few places in llvm's generic codegen that refer to target specific intrinsics. This is bad layering and we shouldn't do it. It also means that if we don't build a target we still have to support all of it's intrinsics and other such annoyances. The main violator of this is InstCombineCalls - I'd like to push this into the targets, and just have a case that says
