If virt-v2v encounters a problem with grub, it will install a new kernel entry itself using augeas. Tested with 'make check-release'. tests/parallel (in check-slow) failed, although it does regularly and that seems to be because of libvirt. Rich.

This is a new conversion module to convert SUSE Linux and openSUSE guests. The converter is based on the RedHat module, and should offer the same functionality on both SUSE and RedHat hosts. There are a few additional messages in this module, such as reporting of packages when installing through zypper or the local virt-v2v repo. These messages don't necessarily flow unless verbose switches

In the kernel and qemu communities it is routine for patches that will be backported to stable branches to be posted for review. I'm proposing we do the same for libguestfs stable branches. All of the attached have been tested with 'make check-release'. Rich.
