IAX problems using CVS HEAD, but not CVS STABLE
...39;ve tried searching the
archives, but haven't had any luck finding a similar problem.
Basically I have problems when using IAX2 (which I now understand is just
IAX). I have three IAX connections setup - VoicePulse, IAXtel, and an
Asterisk IAX<->PSTN termination provider here in Sydney (ATP)
If I try to use the CVS STABLE version of Asterisk, incoming calls from ATP
work fine and IAX as a whole works perfectly. However, if I try to use CVS
HEAD, incoming calls via ATP don't work (but everything else does).
Looking at the debug output produced with "iax2 debug", my Aste...

what we believe to be the correct name-preserving behavior in R.
I would appreciate any suggestions on how to better implement this
name-preserving behavior for all R subscripting operations.

PABX & VOIP Gateway
Hello,
I'm researching the possibility of using VOIP (SIP) with an existing
PABX system. Ideally, the setup would be to dial an outside line through
the PABX (that would actually link to the the VOIP gateway).
At this point I would prefer not to purchase a hardware-based VOIP
gateway. I would prefer to use a software-based gateway for research &
testing purposes. Could anyone please

Machine freeze
Hi all,
we are running CentOS 5.2 Xen virtualization system with the latest CentOS packages with couple of VMs on DELL PowerEdge. "Sometimes" the whole machine freezes without anything in log files, anything on the console. "Sometimes" really means we cannot define why or when. Sometimes the machine was idle with just one VM, sometimes quite busy with couple of

Why does Rprof behave this way? Is there something I can do to
work-around or alleviate this? What do you think it would take to fix
Rprof to track the time spent waiting for system() to finish, and
where in the R source should I look to attempt that?
Thanks!

What do you think? Note that I'm not asking that the current
interface or behavior of readtablehead necessarily be SUPPORTED in any
way, just that it be callable for experimental purposes, much as the
old .Internal(readTableHead()) was in earlier versions of R.

Upgrade cause's no Audio on IAX
Ok I upgraded tonight a server from CVS in Late NOV to one just
downloaded tonight.
It all runs up OK and I can contact it from my ATA 186 using g729a codec
and that all works fine.
What I am having trouble with is connecting through IAX ATP.org.au in
AUS to my server.
The connection comes through OK I can see all the tracking info in the
console OK but I get 0 audio in either direction.
Does anyone know what would have changed to cause this or what I would
need to do to look at solving the issue ?
I am now offline :( and for som...

Skilled API consultant required - preferably with Salesforce.com intergration
Hi all,
I was just on the phone with a B2C company in Australia who are looking
to integrate an Asterisk solution with their Salesforce.com CRM
platform.
They are looking for a consultant/team to provide the following
functionality
* Complex IVR
Eg can interface via API into Salesforce for customer service
interaction and product initiation.
* Call centre
Eg basic queues,
