indicator value in labdsv
Hi,
I'm trying to find out what threshold of indicator value in labadsv should be
used to accept a specie as an indicator one? So far I assumed that indval=0.5
is high enough to avoid any mistakes but it was based only in my intuition.
I'd be greatful for any advise
best regards

of duleg(veg,class,numitr=1000)function. How to obtain a vector of
numeric class memberships for samples, or a classification object
returned from mvpart?
thanks in advance

If direction="forward", it will only look at "(s(x,4)", and so on.
This ordered behaviour was imposed in order to put some structure on the
search,
and reduce the computational and variance overhead of a complete search.

step.gam and number of tested smooth functions
Hi,
I'm working with step.gam in gam package. I'm interested both in spline and
lowess functions and when I define all the models that I'm interested in I get
something like that:
