2nd Parking Lot
Does anybody know of a way to make another parking lot for version 1.2? We have a multi-tenant setup and it is set for x700 for parking. Well we added some new users and not thinking, we assigned them x700. I can't change the parking number as it will mess up the other users and the new user with x700 doesn't want to change. I was hoping there was some trickery that I can do to create

app_changrab, replacement for meetme and conference: returning to dialplan
Hi all,
there is an application called changrab with quite interesting capabilities:
http://www.freeswitch.org/asterisk_stuff/app_changrab.c
I think it is available in the 1.4 version by default!?
This application can connect to channels which are already UP. The only
possibility AFAIK to connect channels after they are UP are the well
known conferencing applications meetme and conference. If you have a lot
of confere...

Zombie (Masqueraded) Channel CDR Problem
...eady established. We are currently using app_meetme to achieve
that, but we are sometimes unhappy, as app_meetme provides functionality
that produces load that we do not need in our two party conferences. I
figured out that there is an alternative called app_changrab.
First tests had shown that app_changrab worked well despite CDR logging.
Changrab uses mainly (I have very little understanding of the asterisk
internals therefore these are just assumptions...) ast_bridge_call to
connect the channels. But it doesnt connect the actual channel, but...

Call Parking with multiple lots
Hi List,
I need to have one PBX but have multiple call parking for many different
context. Basically for hosted VoIP, anyway this can be achineved? We really
want to use the Snom's or something like that with a light on the phone so
we can what caller is in each parking space/line. I have not seen anyway to
do this, any ideals anyone?
Thanks!

Asterisk / Trixbox 2.6 Streaming MOH Problems
...tions, but I've been unable to get Asterisk
working with streaming MOH without running into the "buffer" issue.
I've tried using various combinations madplay, mpg123, mpg321. I've
also tried streamplayer by itself, and in combination with play-fifo (
http://www.freeswitch.org/asterisk_stuff/play-fifo.c ) to try and
eliminate the issue.
For those that are unaware of the problem, what happens when you use a
streaming music source with asterisk is you have a process that is
running all the time that pipes MOH into stdout, which is then read by
asterisk. When a caller is on hold, asteris...

Answering the nTh call ...
Curious to know if anyone's created something similar to the following,
if so and you'd care to share an AGI or dialplan, much appreciated.
I will be eventually write a script to answer the nTH call. (if I can't
find it (why reinvent wheels).
Looking to do some testing sending anywhere between 50-200 calls to a
machine. I'd like a Snom/Polycom/whatever to pick up after the nTh
