I need to monitor the states of my T1/PRI Zap channels. Specifically, I need to be able to programmatically determine whether a channel is unused, carrying an inbound call, or carrying an outbound call. ...few exceptions, setup docs are too rare, and they depend on knowing too much about Asterisk. That complexity deters businesses from integrating phone calls into their products. ...ld be routed appropiately? Of course, it requires the Asterisk manager to be enabled... What are some alternatives? We only need the "contact center" software for asterisk, not asterisk itself.
