I have seen this error all over the net as a problem with the cvs head of asterisk-addons back in January. But I checked out the code TODAY and I am still getting this error. Has anyone else seen/fixed this when trying to compile asterisk-addons out of the CVS head? I also got the same error when I downloaded the tar.gz. Considering that I had a failure with compiling the latest version of asterisk because of cdr_mysql, I am going to assume that I need to have a copy of the mysql headers on the system in order to compile cdr_mysql.so.
