Please Help with single table inheritance relationships
I''ve been searching the web, wikis, and more, and I haven''t turned up examples of how to have multiple entities in a single-table inheritance related to anything. I have an addresses table, but multiple entities can have Addresses: both Person (which has 2 addresses) and Retailer. I''ve been told that I need to use single-table inheritance, and this was my attempt:

Using a sidecar? Ideas?
I'm looking for some ideas of people who have setup a sidecar (eg: Aastra 560M). Obviously it's handy for BLF (to see who's on a call)...but what else? Has many / belongs to error with mysql
Hi, I''ve got stuck with a problem on my rails app - I''ve created a database for quotes and bookings, with a futher table "eventdetails" (details of a quote or booking) linked one-one for both tables using a polymorphic assciation. This all works, but I am now trying to link a quote to a number of bookings with a has_many and belongs_to (the foreign key is in the booking table). When I try and save a new booking with this link, it all breaks... so I''m wondering if I''ve got something wring with the way...

[PATCH 0000/0059] Staging: hv: Driver cleanup
Further cleanup of the hv drivers. 1) Implement code for autoloading the vmbus drivers without using PCI or DMI signatures. I have implemented this based on Greg's feedback on my earlier implementation. 2) Cleanup error handling across the board and use standard Linux error codes. 3) General cleanup Regards, K. Y
