Home LAN server - dnsmasq

accessible from the 'outside' world at this point. It has a static IP
assigned (10.0.0.1/255.255.255.0), and dnsmasq is running.
Here is the contents of /etc/dnsmasq.conf:

Serial console with pxelinux on Soekris net4501
...would seem that this is a problem
with speed or flow control, but I've been up and down the configuration to no
avail.
My tftp server (hpa's 0.34) looks like this:
