Hi all: I am pretty new to xen, but ,thanks to you, I am learning fast :) I have a Dell Poweredge 2950 server running Debian Lenny as Dom0 named Asgard I have configured three DomU (Loki, Hermod and Thor) with DHCP support. All the machines (Dom0 and DomU''s) ask for an IP address to a DHCP server in the Office LAN. The DHCP server is configured to bind certain IP addresses to the Dom0 and DomU MAC''s that works flawlessly. When I...

Are there any samples floating around of interesting configuration files? Sweave/margin
Hi! I am currently using Sweave for writing my bachelor thesis - and I have a problem: I am using a LaTeX style (report) with quite big margin spaces. The Sweave generated LaTeX code "floats" into the margin - and it looks ugly. The text is blocked and fine... then there comes some flattering code running over the margin... and blocked text again. Considering the LaTeX output, I guess

DBWR write performance
I''m an Oracle DBA, a dtrace noob, and I''m attempting to resolve an Oracle write performance problem on Solaris 10, Oracle 9iR2. The Oracle DBWR processes have poor write throughput writing to VxFS files. I suspect that the problem may be with POSIX readers/writer file locking. Ideally I''d like to identify, for a given DBWR process, readers/writer file lock contention

problem compiling openssh-2.3.0p1 with openssl-0.9.6
Hello, I am using Redhat 6.1 on pentium. I have installed openssl-0.9.6 to /usr/local/ssl (default) because I wanted to install openssh. But openssh config script said "cannot find openssl libraries"; so I looked to the configure.in but the correct path was specified here. I also tried to move include files from /usr/local/ssl/include/openssl to /usr/local/ssl/include but it didn't
