upsd not starting sometimes (Porteus 3.1, nut 2.7.2)
...ed in the NUT code to see if I could figure out why it thought upsd was already started, but nothing was obvious. ...turn it back on when the power comes back. If so...how does the UPS ever know to turn that load back on?
