How to achieve Google Reader-like layout in Rails?
...ing through dynamically setting section heights via Javascript, whereas horizontal stretching is plain CSS (width: 100%). How do I best achieve such a layout in Rails (and with jQuery f.ex.?)? If this isn''t the right place to ask, feel free to point me to a more suitable forum :) Thanks! Question on folder sync with "directory name translation"
...in the manual (or maybe there is a combination of options to get what I want but I couldn't find it). Tree A is like: A * * FolderA * * And tree B (on a remote filesystem) is like: B * * * FolderB * * I have to synchronize everything in one rsync run, like rysnc -arv A/ B/ but I want FolderA to be synchronized with FolderB. They must contain the same files but have a different name! I want something like a "directory name translation" in the rsync run... Is it possible? Do you see any another way of doing this? (A part of using two rsync runs....)...

Ignore Owner and group at destination
Hi All, We are using rsync version 2.6.3 protocol version 28. Is there a way we could transfer files and force rsync not to look for the same user:group as host on the destination?
