console window always on top
In R on Windows (ver 7) I have somehow set the preferences for the R
console window to be always on top. I'm sure at the time I did this it
seemed like a good idea, but in practice it is not. Unfortunately, I
cannot remember where the setting is changed, and thus it is stuck
this way. Does anyone know how to modify this setting?

R doesn't recognize utils functions, such as arrayIndex( )
...Error: could not
find function "arrayIndex"in R". So I called ls("package:utils") to see the
functions inside:
[1] "?"
[2] "adist"
[3] "alarm"
[4] "apropos"
[5] "aregexec"
[6] "argsAnywhere"
[7] "arrangeWindows"
[8] "as.person"
I'm only listing the first 8 results because it has a total of 223 listed
functions,which is too long.
When I looked up utils package, This page
http://astrostatistics.psu.edu/su07/R/html/utils/html/00Index.html shows
exactly the same result, but this page

Windows Tile Vertically from Windows 7
Dear R People:
Is there an "R equivalent" command for selecting the Tile Vertically
option from the Windows toolbar, please?
