CryptoCard patch
Hi,
I had a contractor write a patch to allow CryptoCard support in
OpenSSH. It works with portable openssh-2.1.1p4, and it was posted to
the SSH mailing lists, but I see that it hasn't been included in the
openssh-2.2.0p1 release. Would it be possible to include this patch
in the official release? The reason why I ask is because it will not
be difficult to do that, it will support the

shorty change to projects.jdimedia.nl. If desired I could also put in on
the mail.
Let me know if you're interested in incorporating it in the OpenSSH
release.

This prevents for example pam-cryptocard from operating.
I'll post a patch this week to make things work.... (and will also change
the pam-cryptocard name. It's to confusing :)

Slow download speed with windows/linux combination.
...XP (and no linux firewall
or anything) got 150 kb/s from download.microsoft.com at
the very same time. So, also here this slow download speed
must be the result of me using a linux firewall and/or
vmware on a linux box. Again: I DO get 150 kb/s with that
very same setup when downloading from test.arnhem.upc.nl,
so the problem must be with download.microsoft.com in
combination with that I am using a linux firewall or something.
I am wondering if these are known issues; what could be
the problem here? What is linux doing that is making
download.microsoft.com "refuse" to serve me? Why is...

Connection refused
Dear sir,
Having read all the descriptions of how easy it was to use rsync, I tried it
for the replication of two servers.
Testing
rsync 10.0.1.4:/tmp/repl/ /tmp/repl
I got the following error message (after a period which seemed to be a
time-out):
10.0.1.4: Connection refused
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes read so far)
rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream
