Winbind-Problem Samba 3.2.8 on AIX 5.3.9
...ustdoms The domain process went without any problem, the smb.conf was copied from a 3.0.26a system and adapted to reflect the new server name. Config files and level 10 logs are available for smbd, winbindd and 1 client system (that tried to connect) and can be provided. Share access problem from 3.4.0
Hi all, we have a public share for all of our users. Conncetion Problem on XP client against Samba 3.2.8 on AIX 5.3.9
Hi everyone, we have a funny problem connection from an XP machine to a 3.2.8 server. The level 10 log is copied in. Please look at the end of the log entries. Has anybody seen that kind of message?! Authentication problem with samba 3.3.4 on AIX 5.3
Hello all, we currently do have a problem with samba 3.3.4 on AIX 5.3. We have set up the samba system to integrate in our AD Domain. Integration was successfull (net ads join), wbinfo executes with parameters -ugt without any problems. Our smb.conf content follows at the end of this mail. Samba 3.4.0: wbinfo -g does not show BUILTIN groups
Hello all, We are currently running samba version 3.4.0 on AIX. We are using idmap rid as we do have only one domain called FB6. When we applied permissions to user directories we gave group permissions to the BUILTIN\administrators group. This used to work for samba 3.0.26a.
