Problems with Xen Tools instalation
...ounted the xs-tools. iso and I executed the installation script as the root user: /mnt/visostore/Linux/install.sh Is there some incompatibility between versions of the xs-tools.iso and XCP? Have you already see this error before??? I don''t find anything about the error and I''m apprehensive. OH323 with Asterisk@home - seems incomplete
...here. Following the install, I do not seem to have the option to create an oh323 extension or trunk. Something that I need to do. I realize it's possible to edit the .conf but I needed to ask whether this was "normal" - doesn't seem like it is to me. Naturally, I'm apprehensive that editing the .conf files manually may be overwritten by AMP, but even if not, it would seem like it should've been the norm to have "added" an entry like oh323 to SIP, IAX2 etcetera types of trunks. Also, extension types (which work from a drop-down list) should have been modified...

Has anyone complied Wine onto a Sparc (Suse 7.1.)?
...ne that's accomplished this feat, with, if possible some pointers on how to do it. I've never yet compiled any source code, (I find it difficult to grasp the ins-and-outs of it ("./configure" this, "make" that, and "bugger up" the other!)) so I'm a little apprehensive about diving in. I've searched for the HOW-TO's but have yet find one that I understand! (I'm new to Linux) Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks, Bob

is anyone using AAF trunk?
My project is currently using AAF 0.4.3. Trunk has some compelling features, but my project is going live on Monday and I am apprehensive about switching. Is anyone using trunk in a relatively high-volume context? (A low and vague standard for evaluating production suitability, I know, but better than nothing). Thanks, John

DC upgrade questions
Hi folks, Yet another upgrade question! Reading the mailing list regarding upgrades in the past few months has made me a little apprehensive. After now running a single Samba DC for a few months and excising the last remnants of the old Windows DC, I would like to join another Samba DC to the existing one. Current one (DC2) is running Samba 4.5 on Debian Stretch. samba-tool dbcheck looks clean after removing entries from previous Wind...

community finding in a graph and heatplot
Hi everyone, I am using the fastgreedy.community function to get the $merges matrix and the $modularity vector. This serves my purpose of testing modularity of my graph. But I am "greedy" to plot the heat map and dendrrogram based on the $merges dendogram matrix. I know that heatplot does the graphics part but I am not sure if the dendogram generated by the heatplot will match the one

GlobalISel: Ambiguous intrinsic semantics problem
Matt: that’s fair. We’re generally apprehensive of option 2 as well. Eli: Yes, currently we believe that aarch64.neon.addp is the only arm64 one affected, but we don’t know how prevalent this is on other targets. Splitting it is certainly possible combined with the autoupgrader. If disambiguating the intrinsics is the preferred solution, then...

Ideal (possible) configuration for an exalted R system
Hi All, I am trying to assemble a system that will allow me to work with large datasets (45-50 million rows, 300-400 columns) possibly amounting to 10GB + in size. I am aware that R 64 bit implementations on Linux boxes are suitable for such an exercise but I am looking for configurations that R users out there may have used in creating a high-end R system. Due to a lot of apprehensions that SAS

Installation counter
...w times already, along the lines of "Who's really using Asterisk out there, and what for?" or "Would Asterisk be right for me?" etc. I've been thinking about it more lately as I may have the opporunity to consult and/or install a system in the near future. I'm a bit apprehensive, as installing a system with a T1 PRI and a couple of channel banks to feed local phones is slightly bigger scale than me playing with my developers kit with one FXO, one FXS and a bunch of SIP phones :-) Asterisk is obviously being used in earnest out there, I've read through the mailing list...

rsync --link-dest and --files-from lead by a "change list" from some file system audit tool (Was: Re: cut-off time for rsync ?)
..." tools rather than the > general purpose tool that rsync is intended to be. Yes, that is true. Rsync serves so well as a core component to backup, I can be blind about "something other than rsync". I'll look at the tools you suggest. However, you've made be a little apprehensive about storebackup. I like the lack of a need for a "restore tool". This permits all the standard UNIX tools to be applied to whatever I might want to do over the backup, which is often *very* convenient. On the other hand, I do confess that I am sometimes miffed at the waste involv...

This is a lot more reasonable. So my understanding of the discussion so far is that really all we nee...

[SCEV] Inconsistent SCEV formation for zext
Hi Sanjoy, Thanks for investigating the issue! I am more interested in getting the underlying problem fixed rather than making this particular test case work. I think I have more test cases where this problem crops up. I would any day prefer consistent results over compile time savings which can lead to inconsistencies. These inconsistencies require significant developer time to analyze and fix
