Bug#591456: Appologies
Me again I've downloaded the xen source from thexen.org and browsing for hotplugpath.sh give me no result, so I guess is not a Debian bug but rather xen bug.

The Public Appology To Francis Cianfrocca
Dear Mongrel Users, It appears that Francis still isn''t satisfied with my attempts to apologize and he''s now asked me privately to retract my statements. So, just to be sure he finally gets it: I retract my statements that Francis and his friends are "shady" and "desperate for cash". He is in no way a shady guy, having dealt with this situation with the

OT appologies to list
[I'm sorry to trouble the list with this, but this is the only way I know to contact the person concerned] This message is for Stephen Karrington - it appears that you have over-agressive 'spam' filters and we can no longer email you. Please rectify this if we are to have meaningful conversation! The original message was received from Linus Surguy

Saving plots to file
Appologies if this has been addressed before, but I can't seem to find it in the help archives. I'm looking to do something like the following but it looks like save.plot is deprecated. save.plot(plot(glm1$residuals,gain,main = "Hist of residuals and gain"),file="Desktop/hist1.png") Thanks in advance, Sean Session Info: R version 2.9.1 (2009-06-26)

Opening files from R terminal - appologies
Dear all, I appologise for cluttering up the list with such a basic question, however I have been unable to find the answer I want (possibly through my poor usage of the R help system). As I am visually impaired and using assistive technology, I think I would prefer to use R from the terminal mode, i.e. by running rterm.exe found in the bin directory. I have managed to set my working

Web Based Management App
Hi All Appologies if this has been asked before, or if this is not the correct place to ask just point me in the right direction. Is there a web based management application available for asterisk?? If not is there any interest in developing one? I am good at writing in PHP and don't think it would be too difficult to put something together. Thanks Mark

Stupid question zaptel-1.2.6 vs. svn/trunk
I searched the list archives, and looked around on Digium's web site, so I appologize if this is answered somewhere. In SVN what is the difference between the Zaptel drivers in "branches" and that in "trunk"? If I download the stable version 1.2.6 linked from asterisk.org do I have the "trunk" code? Thanks! Brian

Assistance request
Hi Samba team, first I want to appologize for this spam, you probably get tons of such messages per day. However I am desparate and sick of digging into newsgroups, mailing lists and everything else ;)) Since 1 year I am trying to find a way to make samba receive winpopup messages from Windows 2000, or Xp, using the "net send"...

custom strip in lattice ignoring plotmath expressions for all but style = 1 (PR#8733)
Full_Name: Ben Tyner Version: 2.2.0 OS: i686-pc-linux-gnu Submission from: (NULL) (128.210.141.240) My appologies if this has already been fixed, but I didn't see it in the tracking system yet so I thought I'd report it. Demonstration: xyplot(Petal.Length ~ Petal.Width | Species, iris, strip = strip.custom(style = 1, var.name = expression(beta),

sshd problem
I appologize in advance if this is a "stupid user problem" but here goes. I have a RH 6.1 machine with PAM 0.75. I installed OpenSSL and OpenSSH (2.9p1). ssh works fine however when I try to run sshd and then ssh into this same machine I get Failed Password for user x. I copied the RH sshd.pam file...

Presenting R Results in Webpages
...ts creating the images I would like to import. There will be 14-18 pages of these type of slides, but the key is we will be producing these over and over. I tried doing something like this in PowerPoint, but not impressed with the linking capability or Macros. Thanks for any feedback and again appologize that this is not exactly a specific R question.

Saving functions
Hi, Appologies for the simple nature of this question, I am unable to find the answer in manuals (EG and introduciton to R). I have written a function in a text editor and saved it with an .R extension. It is saved in my working directory. How can I run it, do I need to use source? If so, how do I supply the arguments to the function? Or does it need to be saved in a particular directory?

Multiple location DC's with same hostnames
Hi, Not sure exactly how I would word the subject line so appologies in advanced. We are trying to accomplish the following scenario: Location 1: PDC: fs01.loc1.example.com IP: 10.0.0.1 Location 2: SDC: fs01.loc2.example.com IP: 10.0.1.1 Clearly when we join the SDC to the PDC there is a naming conflict. The end result would be to have clients at each site resolve the fs01 name to

Performance Issues With Samba and RedHat 8.
Appologies if this has been asked before, i have searched the archives and while there are some almost related issues, none really answer my question/problem. Recently (about 4 months ago) we purchased a new Dell 2600 (2.0Ghz Xeon 2GB Ram), Machine (single cpu) and migrated the data and system from rh 6.2 to 8 on this new server. By migrate i mean Installed rh8 fresh and moved the user data

XMMS FLAC plugin
I posted this problem to the bug tracker a few weeks ago, but never got a follow-up. I appologize if I missed it, I've been having some email problems lately. The problem is that the FLAC 1.0.4 XMMS plugin doesn't work with XMMS v1.2.7 (as shipped with RedHat 8.0). The FLAC 1.0.3 plugin works fine. I think this is the same problem as: [ 630228 ] FLAC 1.0.4 XMMS plugin problem? I'...

Deleting repeated rows
Appologies if this is a simple problem. I have a matrix which is 86x3 and each row contains three integers. The problem I have is that some of the rows of integers are repeated in other rows and I only wish to have one copy of these rows. Is there a function that I can use which will identify these repeated rows and delete them from the matrix? I have searched for help with this problem but the
