create_dev and raid
Yet another one of those "it would make sense it" posts. Currently, create_dev in do_mounts.c simply unlinks the device and recreates it. This doesn't seem right. If /dev/hda3 has already been created, by some early-userspace app (udev), there's no need to unlink or even parse the name again. MMX/3dNow! etc
...´m new on this list so I really don´t know that kind of questions have been asked, but here I go. Is the current ogg plug-ins using any mmx or 3dnow! instructions? Is there any performance to gain? I know that most of the mp3-decoders uses mmx/3dnow! to decode mp3streams so in theory it would be applyable to ogg to...? Just a thought... ipconfig bug with multiple interfaces
Hello, if ipconfig is run as ipconfig :::::: (i.e. long spec with all fields empty) and the computer has multiple network interfaces and only one of them is connected to dhcp managed network, ipconfig ends up in an infinite loop (see the log bellow).
