Hope for APC Smart UPS 1500
...Data
wMaxPacketSize 0x0040 1x 64 bytes
bInterval 10
Device Status: 0x0002
(Bus Powered)
Remote Wakeup Enabled

In my ups.conf I tried:
[apc001]
driver = apcsmart
port = auto
desc = "Smart APC"
And I get broadcast messages when I connect/disconnect the device like:
Broadcast Message from root at glus
(somewhere) at 14:24 ......
