Question about removing missing data rows in the qplot
Hi,
I've a question about the qplot. I use facets=Antibiotics~Gram.Stainng to draw 6 plots in a panel. Now the problem is within each 'Gram.Staining' categorical level there are some antibiotics does not have value (in my case is log(MIU)). Because some antibiotics are positive gram staining and some are negative.
So my question is how to remove th...

combinatorial programming problem
Hola!
I am programming a class (S3) "symarray" for
storing the results of functions symmetric in its
k arguments. Intended use is for association indices
for more than two variables, for instance coresistivity
against antibiotics.
There is one programming problem I haven't solved, making an inverse
of the index function indx() --- se code below. It could for instance
return the original k indexes in strictly increasing order, to make
indx() formally invertible.
Any ideas?

Function with large nested list
Hello list,
I want to make a large rulebased algorithm, to provide decision support for drug prescriptions. I have defined the algorithm in a function, with a for loop and many if statements. The structure should be as follows:
1. Iterate over a list of drug names. For each drug:
2. Get some drug related data (external dataset). Row of a dataframe.
3. Check if adaptions should be made to

treatment effects with lme (repeated measurements)
Dear,
I want to analyze an outcome in an RCT using lme but I am not sure that I have chosen the right way for the model.
We measured the outcome three times repeatedly in the same patient. One time before intervention and two times after intervention. I wanted to adjust for the correlated data in the repeated measurement and baseline differences in the variable in order to get the treatment
