Syslinux & Error 440D

However, despire reformatting, repartioning, and running both lock c: and
fdisk /mbr, I keep receiving an "ERROR 440D: Unable to lock drive for
exclusive access" message. Do you have any suggestions on how to bypass
this problem? Please respond ASAP.

Syslinux & DiskonChip 2000 boo error.
...ation seems to
be that my ramdisk is not being mounted/executed properly.
My syslinux.cfg file is as follows:
timeout=0
default=vmlinuz
append initrd=initrd.gz root=/dev/ram ramdisk_size=8192 boot=/dev/msys/fla1
I'd appreciate any assistance you could give me on the matter.

Logon Failure
I'm trying to share files between my irix and 2000 machines.
When I run smbclient I get the following error:
NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE
I can see my 2000 machine and enter the password they just don't want to
connect.
