R CMD build now removes empty dirs

software package. One of those software packages is the
AnnotationDbi package: it contains 41 package templates under

Error when adding lines to a plot using the mixed-effect model and metafor package
Hi,
I am a student using R for my final year project, with the metafor package being particularly helpful. I have been following the steps laid out in the manual 'Conducting Meta-analysis in R with the Metafor package' (Viechtbauer, 2010) and applying it to my own data of infected Anopheles mosquitoes across Africa.

rpart: apply tree to new data to get "counts"
Hi,
when I have made a decision tree with rpart, is it possible to "apply"
this tree to a new set of data in order to find out the distribution
of observations? Ideally I would like to plot my original tree, with
the counts (at each node) of the new data.

How to import ENSEMBL text data using R

I have a data which is in text file and i would like to import the data to R. From the manual, i?ve found the read.table command function is the most appropriate but when i wrote the command an error had occur.
