Hi, I am a student using R for my final year project, with the metafor package being particularly helpful. I have been following the steps laid out in the manual 'Conducting Meta-analysis in R with the Metafor package' (Viechtbauer, 2010) and applying it to my own data of infected Anopheles mosquitoes across Africa. Hi, when I have made a decision tree with rpart, is it possible to "apply" this tree to a new set of data in order to find out the distribution of observations? Ideally I would like to plot my original tree, with the counts (at each node) of the new data. Reagards, Jay

Dear all, I have a data which is in text file and i would like to import the data to R. From the manual, i?ve found the read.table command function is the most appropriate but when i wrote the command an error had occur.
