...h from bestbits and applied it to the source of the utils... the patch came back with a few minor errors in the "coreutils-5.0.dif & coreustils-test-patch" but compiling it went great.. accept for the fact the the patch version still doesn't copy the extended atributes... does annyone have some sugestions ?? or maybe a good compiled version of the coreutils with xattrib/acl patch ?? or is it just me, who's doing something wrong ?? ...d again. When I now restart the Samba-Services or kill the session to the user-machine, then in the next session the former created account can be used. What's the matter ? I think, after create a user, Samba must again have a lock to /etc/passwd and I think, that this yet iss'n so. Can annyone tell me, if this is a bug from me or from Samba ? ...sers (checked with net group map) still when fireing up usermanager (nt4) and checking the domain admin group, the users apair as domain admin.. ??? as soon as i change the user-sid, the user dissapair from the domain admin group, and finaly sit's in the right group..? Hello <linux noob alert> I installed Wine on Suse 10.2 using yast I tried running winecfg by the run command tool to no avail, so I tried running it in a konsole as su. It gave me the folowing txt, but not the winecfg program as handeled in the FAQ.
