Vorbis ACM codec
Is the Vorbis ACM codec still being maintained?
Then I encode an avi with Vorbis audio, the sound gets out of sync
after a while no matter what I try.

Question about --files-from= and folder structure
I'm writing a script to sync some mp3 files. Due to a limitation in the
number of destination files that can be read from my thumb drive, I'm
not looking to preserve the original file structure (actually, I'm
looking to sync *only the files* to the new destination directory).
The source files are all subfolders under /backup/Music:

Re: Digium Website Update: Asterisk Business Edition
Browsing through the new website...
* Q - Does Asterisk Business Edition contain any additional features, fixes,
or enhancements not found in the open source versions of Asterisk?
* A - Digium remains committed to the open source model, and has based
Asterisk Business Edition entirely on the open source tree.
However, no single release of the Open Source version corresponds

Significance of Principal Coordinates
Dear all,
I was looking for methods in R that allow assessing the number of
significant principal coordinates. Unfortunatly I was not very
successful. I expanded my search to the web and Current Contents,
however, the information I found is very limited.
Therefore, I tried to write code for doing a randomization. I would
highly appriciate if somebody could comment on the following approach.

SV: Documentation of S3 and S4 classes, inheritance
...ntegrate existing S3 code into an S4 package. (Surely, some people could be tempted to reply to this as 'yes, but you should write everything in S4 anyway - sorry, but you'll have to start all over again...' However, such views could be dangerous to the whole 'R-open-source-half-way-anarchistic-philosophy' as I see it). I would expect that it would be possible to improve S3 in a simpler way - perhaps S3.5 could be an option..
My first experience with statistical computing was with xlisp-stat which has a very nice (as I remember it) object system which is well explained in Luke Tiern...

Ms Exchange vs dovecot
I have recently been working/testing with exchange 2016 and started
thinking if I should even migrate to this platform. I assume more people
here have experience with exchange and this idea.
I was wondering if this is possible with a dovecot setup
1. public folder can be implemented with a public mailbox?
2. authorize users via groups access to mailboxes/folders of the public

Microsoft RTAudio
Hello Jean:
Big mistake!!
One of the three things that a supplier should never discuss is
politics ... that's business 101.
Speex may be a very good product, but we will never use it because of
the politics that you espouse ... some of us out here believe
strongly in the free market. And we also know that monopolies can't
exist because entrepreneurs will always exploit the
