IPTables log analizer
Tom\All
Has anyone heard of this log analizer and have it up and running? If so is
it easy to setup and use?
Description form this page http://gege.org/iptables/
IPTables log analizer (TODO : find a nice name for it) displays Linux 2.4
iptables logs (rejected, acepted, masqueraded packets...) in a nice HTML
page (it support rough netfilter logs but also Shorewall and Suse Firewall
logs).

Query about substituting characters in a df
Hi
I have a data frame with 40,000 rows and 4 columns,
one of which is "class".
For each row, the "class" column can be one of 10
possible NUMERIC values.
I wish to substitute these numeric values with
words/characters.
For example, I wish to substitute all occurences of
"5467" in the column "class" with "alpha", "7867" with

CDR Log analizer software
Hello all,
I'm looking for software for my asterisk logs that will compile the
information into nice web-based charts and graphs. Something that works
similar to webalizer for apache. I want to be able to spot trends of
usage, call volume levels, disconnect/failure levels, and basically see
exactly where my system has been at over the past day/week/month, etc.
. I would prefer for

Oh please. It was all in light of people being anal.
Therefore?
I highly suggest that people refrain from being anal on the list. People can also go to the archives to see that top or bottom posting?nobody cares.

"Explore" SPSS function in R
Hi everyone,
Does anybody knows if there is an equivalent R function that gives the same
outcome as in "Explore" function in SPSS ?
(Analize->Descriptive Statistics->Explore)
It does a categorical vs quantitative variables analysis. ( But not linear
regression)
I need to compare intragroup (categorical variable with 4 values) means and
confidence intervals of a quantitative

Error in sort(abs(diff(genomdat)))[1:n.keep] : only 0's may be mixed with negative subscripts
Hello everyone,
I`m trying to normalize and analize an illumina SNP array.
But when i`m trying to segmentate i`m getting an error:
Error in sort(abs(diff(genomdat)))[1:n.keep] :
only 0's may be mixed with negative subscripts.
I`ve tried everything to fix this but the error still occours.
Can anybody give me a tip?
Thanks in advance!
