Problem while trying to set up an ipsec vpn
...2 and 10.66.42.1. But when I ping
10.66.42.2, here what I see on marelle:
marelle ~ $ sudo tcpdump -l -i eth1 | grep icmp
tcpdump: verbose output suppressed, use -v or -vv for full protocol decode
listening on eth1, link-type EN10MB (Ethernet), capture size 96 bytes

ZFS moving from one zone to another
This question is both for the ZFS forum and the Zones forum.
I have a global zone with a pool (mapool).
I have 2 zones, z1 and z2,.
I want to pass a dataset (mapool/fs1) from z1 to z2.
Solution 1 :
mapool/fs1 is mounted under /thing on the global zone (legacy) and I configure a lofs on z1 and z2.
add zonecfg:z1> add fs
zonecfg:z1:fs> set dir=/thing
zonecfg:z1:fs> set special=/fs1

kernel. Having heard that ipsec support was in the standard kernel
starting from 2.6.16, I tried to upgrade to the last kernel.
My problem is that shorewall won''t start anymore.
I get this output in /var/log/shorewall-init.log:

Few questions
Hi,
I have a few problems with my shorewall configuration.
First of all, the option maclist seems no to be recognized.
I have this:
ghostwheel /etc/shorewall # cat interfaces | grep -v ''^#''
- eth1 detect dhcp,tcpflags,routefilter
loc eth0 detect tcpflags,maclist
When I look at shorewall-init.log, I found out:
