Theora and Vorbis both uses same extension .ogg. I know ogg is a container, just like avi. But in my opinion video and audio files should have different extensions (using .ogv can be a nice idea). Is there a library that decodes any file format ? I need a lib to decode ogg-vorbis (of course) and also wavs, mp3s, flac... Using several different libs is not a good solution. I don't like to use a lot of different APIs to do the same thing with different file formats. -- Giuliano.
