...#39;set verbose 3' as is documented in the wiki and get '-vvv' style real time state information - but 'set verbose' doesn't appear to do anything when I'm connected using 'asterisk -r'. Should it work the way I'm anticipating in 'CVS-HEAD-08/13/04'? Alternatly, how would I go about configuring things so the '-vvv' style state information is collected into a file from the backgrounded Asterisk? Would you please tell me where to get help. I'm not the ordinary person who will ask for it and bother you just because it isn't convenient to learn from your docs. I CANNOT use Samba because it fails to let me into my Linux server which is running it from my Windows98 network neighborhood icon. It keeps requiring a password. I keep doing what all the docs say to change the password.
