Please ignore my ignorance, I'm new to R, but starting a longish project that will use R a lot. (a computer scientist learning about stats at the same time). Did anybody alreay write a XML parser for R? XML, as we will have tons of data-interchange with all sorts of other programs and XML is good for giving meaning to raw data.
