[LLVMdev] Publication Generation of TLM Testbenches Using Mutation Testing
Dear all,
I would like to share a paper I co-authored with Prof. Alper Sen. This
paper describes an algorithm to generate testbenches from SystemC
models represented with LLVM IR. It was accepted and presented at
International Conference on Hardware/Software Codesign and System
Synthesis (CODES/ISSS), 2012. A link to the paper is accessible from
acm or Alper's web...

[LLVMdev] Publication: LLVMVF: A Generic Approach for Verification of Multicore Software
Dear all,
I'm happy to share a recent publication on a bounded model checker for
concurrent programs represented in LLVM IR that integrates the verification
framework that I'm developing:
Marcelo Sousa, and Alper Sen, LLVMVF: A Generic Approach for Verification
of Multicore Software. Journal of Electronic Testing: Theory and
Applications, September 2013. (

Kind regards,
Marcelo Sousa

Extracting p-values from modeling
...one of the quantities for which there is a predefined
variable for extraction (such as coef), and I haven't yet been able to
extract the p-value (or anything) from the modeling object or its
summary.
Is there any command for what I want to do, or some workaround?
Thanks so much.

Questons about R capabilities
Hello,
1) I am interested in performing a limited-dependent variable linear regression. By this I mean a classical linear regression, but for the case where the values of the dependent variable cannot vary from -infinity to +infinity, but are truncated and so are between two finite limits L1 and L2. Does R1.7 have this capability? If so what is (are) the relevant command(s)?
2) I am also

How to do a truncated regression
...rarys MASS and SURVIVAL. I have tried to
look this up in the manuals, but so far I've not found anything on
truncated regression.
If you could tell me what my error(s) is(are), and/or a detailed
description of how to perform truncated regression, that would be
great.
Thanks,

Multilevel Modeling using glmmPQL
...ects portion of the regression, but I'm
having trouble doing that. I can extract the coefficients
(summary(fit)$coeff), and the covariance matrix (summary(fit)$varFix),
but I can't grab the p-value (or the t-statistic.) Could someone
explain how to do this?
Please send responses to halper@health.nyc.gov.
Thanks in advance,
Howard

Correct call duration when transfer a call
...y to A) and when callee press a button voiceglue transfer the
callee to another number (say to B). When I look cdr records the billsec
between A and B always 0 and billsec with A shows the billsec for A and B.
I am confused. Is there a reliable way to get the real call durations?
Best regards.

[Bridge] Source IP Modified on Broadcast Packet Through Bridge
I am encountering a problem where the source address on broadcast packets
seems to be altered to the local IP by the bridge netfilter. The details on
the issue are documented here
http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-420158-highlight-.html. As a
workaround to this issue, I have disabled the bridge netfilter through the
proc filesystem with:
