...task, just doing: yum install rrdtool rrdtool-devel and rrdtool-perl was enough. Now, I only can install the rrdtool package but not rrdtool-devel and rrdtool-perl. I tryed adding some repos, but I think I added wrong ones. Also tryed downloading and installing packages with rpm -ivh but there is allwais a missing dependence. Can you help me ? Thanks.

You've done something very wrong, as these are in base. Have you perhaps installed an rrdtool of a newer version from elsewhere? jh
