correlations between columns for each row

effectively the equation is:
rF= cov (columns[174:213] , [214:253]) / sqrt( (var[174:213]) * (var[214:253]) )
I want each of the 13890 rows to then have the rF value at the end of it (which will then be used later against other variables)
Can anyone help me with this problem? I’ve tried allsorts and I have run out of ideas.
